We will work with your selected mills/manufacturers to produce the collection following our tried and tested sealing process from initial prototype through to pre-production sample. We have an open dialogue with the main Test Houses on all aspects of design, performance, functionality and overall safety when it comes to PPE and technical fibres.

Global standards vary between product categories and geographical regions, the US vs Japan as an example. There are expectations and in come cases legal requirements of durability and fitness for purpose across clothing sectors. We use a combination of verified British Standard Test methods as well as their global equivalent depending on the region or market being delivered to. 

Digital [Product Passports]. Digital product passports (DPPs) are being introduced across the EU to enhance textile industry traceability, circularity and transparency. They capture data via blockchain about the environmental impact of products, their composition, their production and provenance, giving consumers an insight on how sustainable their purchases are. Currently rolling out in the EU, the UK is expected to follow suit from 2027 onwards.
