Your Link:

After purchase customers will receive an individual link to the specific file(s) requested after just a few minutes and lasting 24 hours after the initial email is sent.

If you do not (click on the link and) download your document in this time, click on the original link and a new one will be automatically sent to you. Be sure to check your spam folder as they sometimes get sent here.

What You Will Receive:

Your download product listing will provide any specific information on what the download is and the documents you should expect to receive.

The files will be downloaded via WinZip – compressed files to facilitate the number of files provided in your download and reduce the bandwidth needed to receive your files.

What you need for this to work:

It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have the correct software to be able to read and download the provided files. However our documents have been created in the latest relevant Microsoft Office versions and the Mac equivalents used in the UK. We have compressed them for bandwidth and to ensure you are able to receive multiple documents in the one download. 

Any Issues?

Sometimes your internet provider can block new download sources. If you do have any issues with the download or do not receive the required link, please get in touch so we may resolve the issue.
